环氧树脂垫片在船舶机械机座设计中的应用

摘    要:文章对船舶机械机座联接应用环氧树脂垫片进行了受力分析,给出了环氧树脂垫片总压应力计算和机座联接螺栓强度计算与校核方法,分析了机座联接螺栓在机械承受外力负荷时进行补充拧紧存在的安全危险,并提出了机座螺栓不宜在机械承受外力负荷时进行补偿拧紧的建议。

Application of Epoxy Resin Chock in Ship Engine Base Design

Abstract:According to the force analysis of epoxy resin chock used for shipping engine base, this paper calculates the whole compressive stress of the epoxy resin chock and makes the strength calculation and the strength check of the connecting bolts of the shipping engine base. It analyzes the security risk if given additional screw to the connecting bolts when the machine is on load. At last it puts forward the suggestion that additional screw should not be need when the engine is on load.
