| Abstract: | Through the analysis of current economic operation situation in Shanghai,the paper points out the opportunities and challenges in propelling the development of the ocean economy in Shanghai,and proposes to upgrade the marine industry and ocean economy in Shanghai from three aspects:to develop modern shipping service system,to make the shipbuilding industry larger and stronger,and to enhance scientific and technical strength in ocean exploitation. |
