舰船综合电力系统若干问题分析

摘    要:我国舰船综合电力系统正处于关键时期,面临如何进一步发展的抉择。通过对舰船综合电力系统的基本概念、发展动因、技术路线和关键技术等问题的分析,指出综合电力系统的实质是实现电能的灵活分配,发展综合电力系统的目标是为了打造电力海上力量,陆上演示验证是舰船综合电力系统发展的关键步骤。同时提出能量管理系统应包含电力系统调度的内容,应全面开展高功率密度推进电机的研究。

Abstract:The development of marine Integrated Power System(IPS) in China is in the crucial period, during which the decisive choice of further progress should be determined. In this paper, after analyzing of the important issues of IPS, such as basic concept, driving force, technical routes, and key technologies, some notions are pointed out, that the essence of IPS is to achieve the flexible distribution of electric power, the object of IPS is to constitute the electric naval force, and the land-based demonstration is the necessary approach for IPS. Additionally, some suggestions are given that the power management system (PMS) should cover the energy management system, and the research on high power density propulsion motor should be carded out in an all-round way.
