摘    要:在船舶和海洋工程结构中,裂纹扩大时的载荷流泄现象已被大尺度疲劳试验中裂纹扩展速度减慢所证实。影响疲劳裂纹扩展的因素具有随机性质,因而研究载荷流泄对船舶和海洋工程结构疲劳可靠性的影响是有意义的。本文用Paris公式,结合改进的第二水准法,计算了一个实例,给出了考虑和不考虑载荷流泄疲劳可靠性分析的两种结果。结果的区别表明,如果要期望得到更合理的结果,则在船舶和海洋工程结构的疲劳分析中必须计及载荷流泄。

Abstract:Load shedding accompanied with crack development in ships and offshore structures was verified both by large scale fatigue tests1] and by reduction of crack propagation rate in existing ships.The factors influencing the fatigue crack growth are of random nature.Therefore,it is interesting to discuss the effect of load shedding on the probability of fracture failure in ships and offshore structures.Using Paris' law in conjunction with an advanced Level II method,a numerical example is calculated.The probability results of fracture failure with or without the load shedding are given.The difference between the results shows that it is necessary to take the load shedding into account in the reliability analysis of fracture failure in ships and offshore structures if more reasonable results are expected.
