| Abstract: | The pre-erection stage greatly influences the dock days of shipbuilding and ship quality and the ship design guides the production in the pre-erection process. This paper expounds the business process reengineering（BPR） method by using fabrication sequence diagram（FSD） to reengineer the pre-erection process. |
