| Abstract: | Abstract： Chinese navy recruit cadets firstly in vocational colleges in 2012. It＇s very important to draw up a talent cultivating plan including military and political education, military training, training on seamanship, ship engineering and certification exam, as well as the skill training and so on. According to the problems in practice, the rational talent cultivating plan of cadets in ship engineering for Wuhan Marine College was investigated. |
