摘    要:针对由于能效设计指数规则要求背景下最小推进功率导则的实施对舵面积预估产生影响的问题,分析中小型液货船新船开发设计阶段预估舵面积必须考虑的因素,提出采用公式推导舵面积预选取值,并经过液货船实例试验验证,可以同时满足相关规则以及操纵性的要求,中小型液货开发中基于最小保持航向速度估算舵面积是合理而且可行的。

Influence of Minimum Propulsion Power Guidelines upon Rudder Area

Abstract:Based on Guidelines on Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI)and Interim Guidelines for Determining Minimum Propulsion Power to Maintain the Manoeuvrability of Ships in Adverse Conditions,the factors should be considered in the estimation of rudder area in the development and design stage of new medium and small liquid cargo ship were analyzed.A formula verified by a case test was proposed to derive the pre-selected value of rudder area,which could meet the requirements of relative regulations and manoeuvrability.It is reasonable and feasible to estimate rudder area based on minimum course-keeping speed in development of small liquid cargo ships.
