邮轮薄板分段生产车间智能化管控和设备物联技术

针对邮轮薄板分段车间复杂作业工艺及设备信息联通问题,基于5G和工业互联网等新一代信息技术,构建分段生产车间智能化管控方案,提出由智能设备层、设备控制层、制造执行层、车间管理层、智能决策层组成的多层级系统框架;围绕薄板分段生产车间主要工艺设备,提出包含信息感知系统、数据采集处理系统、数据分析应用系统设备物联集成技术方案,并经过邮轮薄板分段车间建设,验证方案的合理性。

Intelligent Control and Equipment IoT Technology for Cruise Thin Plate Segment Production Workshop

Aiming at the problem of complex operation process and equipment information communication in cruise thin plate segmented workshop,based on the new generation information technology such as 5G and industrial Internet,the intelligent management and control scheme of segmented production workshop was constructed,and a multi-level system framework composed of intelligent equipment layer,equipment control layer,manufacturing execution layer,workshop management layer and intelligent decision-making layer was proposed.The IOT integration technology scheme including information perception system,data acquisition and processing system,data analysis and application system was put forward.The rationality of the scheme was verified by the construction of cruise thin plate segmentation workshop.
