电磁感应加热矫平工艺在船用薄板中的应用

摘    要:针对薄板易变形的问题,通过采用分段变形控制方法降低薄板矫平难度,分析薄板火工矫平存在的问题、对比电磁感应加热矫平及火工矫平原理,采用两种矫平方法的典型薄板总段试验表明,电磁矫平更适合用于客船6 mm及以下薄板整体矫平,总结了电磁矫平作业原则。

Application Analysis of Electromagnetic Induction Heating Leveling Technology in Marine Sheet

Abstract:The characteristics of easy deformation for thin plate was analyzed,finding that the difficulty of thin plate leveling in the back passage can be reduced by the deformation control method of front passage.The problems existing in the firework leveling of thin plate were analyzed,and the principle of electromagnetic induction heating leveling and firework leveling was compared.The results of typical flat sheet section tests with two kinds of leveling methods showed that the electromagnetic induction heating leveling method is more suitable for the whole flat sheet of 6mm and below for passenger ship.The principle of electromagnetic flattening operation was summarized.
