摘 要: | 通过对内河航道营运环境及船舶实际营运状况的调查分析,综合考虑内河货船主要的结构强度问题,提出合理降低内河航区营运船舶干舷的可行性及必要性,认为此举有利于内河营运船舶经济效益的提高,真正起到推动内河水路运输发展的作用。

Abstract: | After investigating the servicing environment and situations of shipping in the inland waterways,this paper analyzes the problems of structures of the dry-cargo ships in the freshwater and gives some suggestion of modifying the freeboard rules for the ships running in the special inland waterways.It is feasible and necessary to raise the economic efficiency and push forward the development of the inland waterway shipping. |
