| 摘 要： | 分析视频技术以及视频技术的各种标准在船舶领域应用,建立视频技术应用的总体框架,提出有效地整合各功能,形成一个综合视频、音频等多种数据交互的多角度、多业务、多层面的立体化船舶网络视频处理系统的方案。

| Abstract: | By analyzing application and development characteristic of video technology and corresponding standards in marine field,the general framework of the video application is set forth.The plan of a comprehensive marine network video processing system was designed,in which various functions are integrated while various datum of multilayer and multi-work video and audio can be interfaced. |
