基于接触理论的法兰式液压联轴器结构强度分析

摘    要:为了对某型船用液压联轴器进行改进设计,基于非线性接触理论,建立该型船用法兰式液压联轴器接触有限元分析模型,分别对其装配过程及最大负载工况进行结构强度分析,计算得到各工况下联轴器的应力分布。计算结果表明,该液压联轴器结构强度满足设计要求,但在外套内孔法兰端尖角处出现应力集中的现象。

Strength Analysis of Flanged Hydraulic Coupling Based on Contact Theory

Abstract:In order to provide a reference for design and improvement of the marine hydraulic coupling , a finite element model is built based on nonlinear contact theory .Two working conditions of assembly and the maximum load are simulated to ob-tain the stress distribution .The numerical results indicate that the design of flanged hydraulic coupling met the requirements , but stress concentration appears at the edge of its inner sleeve .
