摘    要:针对某民用高速船在航行试验中出现的主机海水泵吸空问题,分析原因并提出解决方案,在现行的海水阀箱设计规范和标准的基础上,对其进行优化改进,提出增大进水量和降低吸口高度,使用兜水格栅替代平底格栅以解决海水泵吸空问题,并通过试验验证该方案的有效性。

Optimization Design for the Sea Chest of a Civil Watercraft

Abstract:The reasons of air intake for the sea chest of a civil high speed watercraft were analyzed .On the basis of the current design rules and regulations , the sea chest was optimization designed .By increasing the flooding , lowering the height of suction in-let and replacing the flat-bottom grating, the problem of air intake was resolved .The method proposed was validated by actual test .
