载人深潜器钛合金耐压球壳极限强度可靠性分析

摘    要:以研制中的全国产化4 500 m级载人深潜器为背景,采用非线性有限元和弧长法计算钛合金球壳极限强度,通过有限元计算得到考虑多参数影响的球壳极限强度拟合公式。基于响应面法对完整球壳以及开孔球壳进行可靠性计算,分析随机变量参数敏感性,讨论球壳厚度、内半径、初始缺陷幅值及开孔连接处角度等不同参数对钛合金耐压球壳可靠性指标的影响。

Ultimate Strength Reliability Analysis of Titanium Alloy Spherical Pressure Shell in HOV

Abstract:Taking the 4 500 meter HOV which is manufacturing by our nation as reference , the non-liner FEM and risk method were used to analyze ultimate strength of the titanium alloy spherical shell , and the ultimate strength fitting equation was acquired which considering multi-factors by large numbers of FE calculations .The structural reliability of perfect spherical shell and the shell with opening was calculated by the response surface method .The influences of different factors on titanium alloy spherical pressure shell were also provided , these factors includes thickness of spherical shell , inside diameter , magnitude of ini-tial imperfection, and the angle between opening and spherical shell .
