| 摘 要： | 分析国内现有船舶性能水平评级标准的不足与改进方向,提出改进的性能水平评级模型,确定各部分的指标及权重。通过算例分析,对改进后的模型进行验证,分析其优缺点及今后进一步完善的方向。

| Abstract: | The shortage of existing model for assessment of main general performance level was analyzed , as well as the di-rection for improvement .An improved model was proposed for assessment of main general performance level and the quotas and their weights were determined .Analysis of two examples verified the improved model .The advantage and disadvantage of the im-proved model were analyzed for further improvement . |
