| 摘 要： | 针对碱性焊条设计了两种手工单面焊陶瓷衬垫配方,讨论配方设计原则和性能参数的计算过程,介绍衬垫的加工制作工艺过程,并用自制的衬垫进行了单面焊工艺试验,结果表明SGB-1衬垫背面焊缝成型良好,无成型缺陷,可推广使用;SGB-2衬垫背面焊缝余高偏高,有待改进。

| Abstract: | Aim at alkaline electrode,two compounding were designed for manual single-side welding of the ceramic backing.The design principal and parameters calculating process of backing compounding were discussed.The facture technical process of backing was introduced particularly.The single-side welding technical test of backing was carried out.The results of test indicates that the forming of SGB-1 backing back welding is all right to be popularized and that the excess weld metal of SGB-2 backing back welding is too high to be improved. |
