| Abstract: | Based on the environmental data at operative sea area for a floating production storage and offloading(FPSO),results of statistical characteristics for wind,waves and current in the short-term distribution and waves in the long-term distribution are given for FPSO design.It can be used to calculate motion and loads on hull surface and to determine strength and fatigue performance for FPSO in the states of operation,survival and transit respectively. |
