摘    要:针对阿芙拉型油船底边舱的压弯型上下折角,疲劳强度不满足规范要求的问题,结合其结构形式特点,考虑采用增加板厚、变换圆弧半径和增设肘板3种加强方案,对比分析表明,增加纵向结构板厚是改善各热点疲劳年限最直接的方法,圆弧半径增大对整体疲劳强度不利,增设肘板对压弯型上折角的疲劳强度比较有效.

Structural Comparison of Hopper Knuckle Connection of an AFRAMAX

Abstract:The fatigue strength of the radiused lower and upper knuckle connection to be applied to an AFRAMAX cannot comply with rule requirements.According to structural design details,three reinforcement schemes were investigated,such as increasing thickness,enlarging radius value and arranging brackets.The numerical results showed that increasing the longitudinal structure thickness is the most direct method to improve fatigue strength;enlarging radius value has adverse effect on fatigue strength,and arranging bracket is more suitable for application of the radiused upper knuckle connection.
