| Abstract: | It is primary to guarantees the safety of aquatic transportation system by evaluating the safe condition of port objectively and scientifically,and adopting safety measures adaptively.This paper studied various methods of safety evaluation,especially introduced the formal safety assessment(FSA),in order to find out the method suitable to the development of sea transportation business in our country,and to ensure the voyage safety of the port ships. |
