| Abstract: | Vessel oil overflow happened frequently with the development of sea transportation.The events not only caused a great economic damage,but also destroyed the environment severely.According to the actuality of preventing and treating the ship's oil overflow at home and abroad,the measures of prevention and treatment were summarized,and some suggestions were put forward to reduce effectively the ship's oil overflow. |
