| 摘 要： | 对一起典型船舶受强风暴袭击走锚搁浅进而导致全损事故的事故原因从人、机、环境和管理等方面进行深入分析。鉴于走锚事故频发且后果严重,建议制定船舶走锚后应急预案,特别强调船长在采取起锚重新抛措施前需考量的内容。

| Abstract: | A typical maritime casualty of dragging anchor under strong storm was introduced,which made the ship out of command,grounding,and constructive total loss at last.The causes of the dragging anchor accident were analyzed from the aspects of human,machinery,environment and management.As the consequences of dragging anchor are always serious,it is essential to create a contingency plan and emergency plan following up dragging anchor.Some matters should be paid attention in the course of weighing anchor and re-casting the anchor were discussed about. |
