船体与增压锅炉一体化抗冲击研究

摘    要:为真实模拟增压锅炉与船体之间的耦合作用,将船体与增压锅炉装配在一起,在船体模型外加流场,进行爆炸数值模拟,分析求解增压锅炉在冲击载荷下的响应。同时将爆炸产生的冲击载荷以BV0430/85规范进行等效,单独加载到增压锅炉底座。两种加载方法的计算结果表明,设备与船体的耦合作用及边界条件是不可忽略的,一体化分析方法能更真实地模拟冲击环境。

Research on Impact Resistance of Hull-Supercharged Boiler Integration

Abstract:The hull and supercharged boiler were assembled together in order to simulate their interaction actually.With flow field added on the outside of the hull model and numerical simulation of explosions conducted,the response of supercharged boiler under the impact load was analyzed.At the same time,the equivalent impact load from explosion,according to BV0430-85 specification,was loaded individually on the base of supercharged boiler.After the comparative analysis of the results gotten from these two loading method,it shows that the coupling effects and boundary conditions of hull and equipment should not be neglected,and the integrated analysis method can be more accurate than the BV simulation of the impact environment.
