摘    要:结合系统维修的费用参数和故障特点,按单位维修周期费用最小原则建立一种综合考虑不同故障类型的系统检测与预防性维修优化模型,针对一个故障时间服从二参数威布尔分布的舰船装备系统,计算各种形状参数和隐蔽发生概率下的最优检测和预防性维修周期。

Optimal inspection and preventive maintenance cycle for equipment system of vessel based on failure types

Abstract:This paper analyzes the characteristics of the obvious and hidden failure for equipment systems of vessel and proposes an optimal model of inspection and preventive maintenance,considering different failure types synthetically.Basing on the principle of minimal per unit cost of maintenance cycle,this model integrates the cost parameters and failure characteristic of the system.It calculates the optimal inspection and preventive maintenance cycle for the equipment system of vessel with Weibull distribution of failure on different shape parameters and probabilities of hidden failure.
