海上新型组合隔水导管抗冰极限承载力分析

摘    要:为了提高海上钻井隔水导管抗冰承载能力,提出一种组合式钻井隔水导管,基于弹塑性力学基本理论,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立组合结构极限承载力计算模型,对不同组合方式的隔水导管结构抗冰极限承载力进行对比分析.结果表明,组合隔水导管结构相比单层隔水导管结构抗冰极限承载力提高幅度可达40%以上.

The Ultimate Load Capacity Analysis of Ice-resistant for Offshore New Combination Riser

Abstract:In order to improve the bearing capacity of ice resistance of the offshore drilling riser, a combined drilling riser was offered. Based on elastic-plastic theory, the FEA models of ultimate bearing capacity of composite structure was established in ANSYS. A comparative analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity of ice-resistant of riser structure in different combinations was carried out. Numerical resuhs showed that compared to single-layer structural, the ultimate bearing capacity of combination riser structure of ice-resistant increases more than 40%.
