基于虚拟仪器的船用柴油机监测系统

摘    要:为开发基于虚拟仪器的船舶柴油机状态监测系统,利用传感器和数据采集模块获取柴油机敏感信号,借助LabVIEW软件平台,综合利用热力参数分析法和振动分析法,对采集的信号进行分析、处理,并将数据传输到现场触摸屏电脑和集控台工业控制计算机,得到柴油机监测系统的人机界面,可实时掌握柴油机运行状况,同时也可为柴油机故障诊断提供大量技术参数。

Abstract:The condition monitoring system of marine diesel engine based on virtual instruments was developed.The sensitive signals of diesel engine were collected by use of sensors and data acquisition modules.The collected signals were analyzed by using the software LabVIEW platform with the analysis of vibration and thermodynamic signals.Then the data was transferred to the scene touch computer and the industrial control computer in the central control room.The monitoring interfaces for diesel engine working system...
