| Abstract: | In order to suit the development of the modern navigation technology and attach importance to the assignment of the electronic officer on aboard,it is necessary to investigate the competent ability of electronic officer.In this paper,after discussing the question with the help of the theory of fuzzy comprehensive assessment and the AHP,some suggestions were provided to assign and evaluate the electronic officer. |
