摘    要:本文提出一种基于空间光学调制的离焦探测新方法,利用PZT驱动变形镜对会聚光束进行调制,再经相关检波获得离焦信息。该技术具有测量快速、准确、探测动态范围大等优点。

Abstract:This paper represents a method of detection defocus length that is based on optical modulator.The deformable mirrors are drived with PZT to modulatethe beam.Information of defocus length is achieved by correlation detection.The technology is provided with detection of high speed,accuracy and wide scope of detection dynamic.
