摘    要:介绍一种新型镍镉电池充电电路,利用集成运放和稳压器组成跟踪式电压比较器,通过监测电池电压实现充电和过充保护功能。经实际验证,该电路能实现自动充电和保护功能。电路使用的都是电子市场上常见的元器件,成本低廉,加之设计简洁,因此有一定的市场潜力。

Abstract:A new Ni-Cd battery charge circuit,in which a battery voltage monitoring follow-comparator is established by using integrated operational amplifier and voltage regulator for charging and overcharge protecting,is introduced. Functions as charging and overcharge protecting are fulfilled automatically by putting this circuit in practice. Each component used in this circuit can be purchased easily on an electronic market.
