| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了质谱仪的工作原理、特点、组成及其核心部件,并对其在高炉监测、化肥生产、乙烯裂解炉、环氧乙烷装置等工业过程中的应用进行阐述,指出质谱仪的使用可以优化生产原料的用量、提高生产效率,从而提高经济效益。

| Abstract: | The work principle, characteristics, set up and the core parts of the mass spectrometer were introduced. And its applications in industry processes such as blast furnace monitoring, fertilizer producing, ethene pyrolysis furnace and EO equipment were introduced. The use of mass spectrometer can decrease dosage of raw materials and increase the producing efficiency, thereby increasing the economical efficiency. |
