| Abstract: | In the competitive environment of market economy, the infomation of intelligence capital invested by the software corporations and the capital value is always imbalaneed due to the difference of contracts between software production trade and ordinary material products. The highest creativity is proposed as the main index to evaluate the intelligence cost value of the software production in this article. |
