| 摘 要： | 阐述了GMDSS模拟器实现语音通信的必要性，结合A型船站、SSB无线电话和VHF无线电话话音通信的实际过程，描述了在VC＋＋环境下，采用socket通信和多线程等技术开发基于UDP协议的点对点和点对面语音通信程序的方法，着重剖析了其中的主要模块，即语音数据采集、语音数据的发送和接收。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the necessities that GMDSS simulator realizes voice communication at first.Combining with real process of voice communication of a ship earth station,SSB radio telephone and VHF radio telephone,this paper describes the methods that adopt socket communication and multi-thread technologies to design point-to-point and point-to-area voice communication programs based on UDP protocol,and especially analyzes the main module: collecting voice data,sending and receiving voice data. |
