| 摘 要： | 针对短波跳频通信系统的功能和工作环境特殊性，在基予多层模糊综合评判效能评估模型的基础上，构建了短波跳频通信系统效能评估指标体系，实现了对短波跳频通信系统效能的定量评估，分析结果验证了方法的有效性，可为短波跳频通信系统的设计、研制、评估提供依据。

| Abstract: | According to the function and working circumstance of the Shortwave frequency hopping communication system, a multilayer fuzzy comprehensive method model is presented. And then an effectiveness analysis target system of the shortwave frequency hopping corn munication system is established. On the basis of this, the quantitative evaluation of effectiveness of the shortwave frequency hopping communication system is realized. The results validate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method which can be applied for practical work and provides a gist for the design, manufacture and estimation. |
