| 摘 要： | 海军舰艇队在遂行日常巡逻和战时作战任务时,可能发生编队内舰艇相互碰撞的事故,分析了AIS技术体系结构、技术特点,论述了AIS技术在舰艇编队内部避碰时的可行性,提出了基于AIS技术的舰艇编队避碰方案和工作流程。

| Abstract: | When the naval fleet is conducting the daily patrol and operational tasks during the wartime,the accident that vessels in the fleet collide with each other may happen.This paper analyzes the AIS technical architecture and the technical features,describes the feasibility of AIS technology be used for collision avoidance inside the fleet,and proposes the collision avoidance scheme and working flow in a fleet based on the AIS technology. |
