摘    要:采用离差最大化方法对船舶耐波性进行综合评价,引入加权向量和规范化决策矩阵,以及各评价指标的权重和规范化矩阵对耐波性评价的影响,建立了基于横摇、纵摇、垂荡、砰击、甲板上浪、螺旋桨出水和船首垂向加速度的船舶耐波性综合评价体系,并系统阐述了该方法的基本原理和实施步骤.以30组样本数据为输入,对某油船在不同航行状态下的耐波性能开展了评价分析.与耐波性方程评估法相比,该方法理论完备、涵义明确、结果可靠,在船舶耐波性综合评价中具有一定的推广和实用价值.

Abstract:The maxing deviation method is applied in the integrated evaluation of ship seakeeping performance in present paper. By introducing the weight vector and standardization of decision matrix, the comprehensive evaluation system of ship seakeeping is established based on the roll motion, pitch motion, heave motion, slamming, shipping of green water, propel ler emergence and vertical acceleration on the ship bow. The specific principle and implementation steps of this method are il lustrated systematically. Thirty sets of data as input of the integrated evaluation, the seakeeping performance of different conditions are assessed and analyzed for an oil carrier. The maxing deviation method is theoretically perfect, characteristic of obvious meaning and exact and reliable evaluation results. The application of this method in the integrated assessment of ship seakeeping is scientific and effective.
