液体气压式输弹机故障仿真研究

摘    要:利用ADAMS和Simulink仿真软件建立了气体液压式输弹机的动力学模型,通过实验证明了仿真模型的可信度。针对输弹机输弹故障影响因素,建立了以输弹机储能筒气体初始压力和初始容积为故障因素的故障仿真模型,并通过仿真分析得到了两种故障因素的影响规律,为输弹机的勤务保障提供了参考。

Abstract:A dynamic model of pneumatic ramming device was built by using ADAMS and Simulunk.Its confidence was proved by experiment.Aimed at the coordinated faults,taking initial gas pressure and initial volume as fault factors,the fault simulation model was set up.By means of fault simulation analysis,the effective regulations of two influence factors were confirmed.This research method could provide reference for service and maintenance of ramming device.
