| 摘 要： | 研究军事情报价值的评价方法,建立评价军事情报价值的指标体系,是军事情报质量评估和综合集成的基础性工作之一,对于有效利用军事情报资源,指导军队军事情报工作的开展具有重要意义。从军事情报的本质出发,在已有研究成果的基础上,通过引入＂用户满意度＂概念,建立了一个具有一定通用性的军事情报价值评价指标体系。
