基于ANSYS的弹带挤进变形及应力分析

摘    要:在火炮发射的内弹道阶段,由于弹带挤进的瞬间性和不确定性,难以用试验准确测定,一般都会略去这个过程,但是实际上弹带的挤进过程对界定弹带与膛线的磨损关系、匹配程度以及对材料的分析都是很有意义的。文章利用ANSYS,通过建立一个较为简单的模型,进行应力及变形分析,为这一过程的研究提供定量的依据。

Abstract:In the internal ballistic process of artillery launching,for the ambiquity and characteristic instant of the process of driving band engraving,it is difficult to measure exactly,so we will slide over this process normally.Concerning the relation of driving band and rifling,actually,it is very important to analyse this process.Based on ANSYS,we can make a simple modeling to analyse this process.
