摘    要:根据层次分析法的步骤,依次确定了目标层、准则层和方案层,建立了舰炮武器系统总体方案决策层次图,并应用专家评估的方法对准则层一的4个指标、准则层二的3个指标和准则层三的15个指标进行了打分。最后结合某大口径双管舰炮、俄大口径双管舰炮和新大口径单管舰炮的各性能参数指标,运用层次分析法计算出了三种大口径舰炮作战性能比和总体作战性能比,结果分析表明新大口径单管舰炮优于另外两种大口径舰炮。

Abstract:According to the process of the AHP method,target layer,criteria layer and scheme layer were determined,and the total scheme of shipborne-gun was established.All of the indexes determined in the criteria layer were assessed accurately by experts.The with the performance indexes assosition of a certain shipborne-gun,the Russian double shipborne-gun and the new single shipborne-gun,the combat performance ratio of each weapon system and the total combat performance ratio were calculated.The results suggest that the combat performance of the new single shipborne-gun is better than the other shipborne-gun.
