| 摘 要： | 在未来的高技术条件下的海战中，庞大的信息数据给指挥员的指挥决策能力提出了较高的要求，主要通过将智能决策支持系统（IDSS）和军事地理信息系统（MGIS）结合起来，建立以基于MGIS的智能决策支持系统来研究在水面舰艇指挥中的应用来加强未来海战中指挥决策的能力，以有效的提高作战指挥辅助决策的即时性及其可信度，以便更好的为指挥员提供作战决策支持。

| Abstract: | The IDSS based on MGIS plays a key role in the hi - tech naval - battle in the future, this paper tells how to construct a MGIS based IDSS model to enhance the command decision making ability in the future, in order to improves the reliability of combat support decision, and gives a batter combat support decision to the commander. |
