| 摘 要： | 根据信息化条件下海上后勤综合保障的特点,分析了影响综合补给舰作战效能的各级因素,建立了综合补给舰作战效能评估指标体系,采用模糊综合评判方法对综合补给舰作战效能进行建模,利用总的模糊评语评估其作战效能的高低。通过实例分析,验证了模型的科学性与合理性,提供的方法具有可操作性。

| Abstract: | Following the characteristics of logistic support at sea under informational circumstance,this paper analyzes the all-level factors affecting operational effectiveness of integrated underway replenishment ship,and establishes its effectiveness-assessment index system.Besides,with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this study builds the model for the operational effectiveness of integrated underway replenishment ship,and assesses its operational effectiveness using comprehensive fuzzy comment.Through case analysis,this paper verifies that the model is scientific and reasonable;the methods discussed here are practical. |
