| 摘 要： | 模糊综合评价法对复杂系统进行评价比其他评价方法更具有优越性,介绍模糊评价的基本原理及其数学模型,给出复杂系统的模糊矩阵的表示方法及推理过程。结合水面舰艇综合作战性能特点进行分析,给出水面舰艇综合性能评价的一般方法,对新型水面舰艇的综合性能的评价有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is more advantage than other methods in complex system's evaluation.In this paper,presents a brief introduction to the basic theory and build a mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation,and then gives the expression of fuzzy matrix for complex system and the course of reasoning.According to the synthetic characteristics of the surface warship,gives a general method for the synthetic functions of the surface warship.It has definite reference value in evaluation for the synthetic functions of the surface warship. |
