隐蔽性故障及其分析方法研究

摘    要:RCM是近年来在国际上日益受到重视并推广的先进维修理论,与传统维修思想相比,它提出了隐蔽性功能故障概念,分析了隐蔽功能故障与多重故障之间密切的关系.认为只要提高隐蔽功能故障的检测率和更改设计,多重故障的严重后果是有办法预防的,至少可使其概率降低到一个可以接受的水平.介绍隐蔽性故障的相关概念,利用FTA对隐蔽性故障及其分析方法进行了探讨.

Abstract:Reliability-centered Maintenance(RCM)is the forerunner maintain theories valued and expanded among the nations day by day in recent years.Compared with the tradition maintain theories,it put forward the concealment of hidden fault,analyzing the close relation between hidden faults and heavy breakdowns.Considering as long as raising the examination rate of hidden faults and changing the design,the serious result which caused by heavy breakdowns can be prevented,at least,the fault probability can be controlle...
