摘    要:基于一种适用于DC-DC转换器的误差放大器,提出DC-DC转换器的系统补偿方案。应用此电路设计的芯片在XFAB公司的0.6μm CMOS工艺上实现,仿真结果表明:在2.45-16V电源电压下,该误差放大器的精度〈2mV,未带载时传输延时为95ns,具有高精度和高速的性能。在几种典型应用下,DC-DC转换器系统相位裕度大于46.1°,具有良好的稳定性。

Abstract:A novel error-amplifier is presented, which is used in DC-DC converter. Based on the error-amplifier, a system compensation method is introduced. This error-amplifier circuit has implemented with XFAB 0. 6μm CMOS process. According to the simulation result, the power consumption is 1.2-2mW at 2.5-5V power supply, and the gain error is less than 2mV, the transmission delay with no fan-out is 95ns. This error-amplifier is stable in typical application, its phase margin is more than 46. 1°.
