| 摘 要： | 文章分析了卫星链路在通信过程中出现的问胚，提出了卫星频谱监测系统的设计方案，介绍了对卫星链路测量所需要注意的问题和监测链路性能所使用的主要参数，给出了软硬件系统的构成，对其功能作了详细的分析。该系统的设计可以有效的对现实生活中的卫星通信链路进行保障。

| Abstract: | The problems were investigated that may occur during a satellite link communication,and a design for a Satellite Spectrum Monitoring System was designed.The proposal described the essential properties for satellite link measurement as well as the main parameters for a satellite link performance monitoring system.It also described a software-hardware architecture for the system and analysed its functionalities in details.The design of the system can effectively ensure the stable for satellite communication in real-world applications. |
