| 摘 要： | 针对在复杂电磁环境下战场电磁频谱管理效果综合测评的问题，提出一种基于模糊集的测评方法。运用模糊集理论的知识，确定测评因素重要性模糊集和模糊关系矩阵，并通过基于4种模型的广义模糊运算，实现对备选方案的综合评分、排序，为方案的选择提供了科学的依据。

| Abstract: | In order to study the synthetical evaluation of battlefield electromagnetic spectrum management efficiency,a way of synthetical evaluation based on fuzzy set is put forward.It defines the fuzzy set of evaluation element importance and fuzzy relational set in fuzzy theory,and then makes the generalized fuzzy calculation based on four different models,in the end,it gets the result of synthetical evaluation and right arrangement about alternative programs,and provides a scientific basis for programs decision. |
