| 摘 要： | 在远海护航行动中,为应对空中威胁保护海上生命线,需要对护航编队整体防空能力进行评估,为编队指挥员提供辅助决策。分析影响护航编队整体防空能力的各种因素,建立了护航编队防空的指标体系,应用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用模糊综合评判方法,通过计算各因素的隶属度函数并组成模糊关系矩阵,实现了对护航编队整体防空能力的评估。
