基于LabVIEW的超声波检测仪设计

摘    要:以磁致伸缩效应导波传感器原理,应用单片机、便携式数据采集卡和虚拟仪器技术开发了超声波检测系统。详细介绍了系统的构成原理,以及应用虚拟仪器升发平俞LabVIEW开发检测系统的软件程序,运用数据采集技术和数字滤波技术对数据进行处理。得到缺陷信息。该系统具有非接触、快速和大范围检测的特点,并进行了实验,验证了该检测系统能达到满意的结果。

Abstract:The paper presents ultrasonic testing system which is based on magnetostrictive effect principles of guided wave sensors, the application microcontroller, portable data acquisition card and virtual instrument technology. It detailly introduceds the composition and theory of the system, and application development platform, testing system which is developed by the virtual instrument software-LabVIEW. The system has the characteristic of nowcontact, rapid and large-scale detection. And an experiment is conducted to test the detection system which can achieve satisfactory results.
