基于Pro/E和Mathcad联合的螺旋桨建模方法研究

摘    要:螺旋桨桨叶曲面造型复杂,建立精确的螺旋桨三维模型需要经过复杂的坐标转换,靠单一的三维CAD软件很难实现。文章推导了坐标转换公式,联合Mathcad强大的数学计算功能和Pro/E强大的三维造型功能,成功建立了螺旋桨三维模型。该方法所建立的模型重用性好,极大的提高了设计效率。

Abstract:Surfaces of propeller blade are so complex that it is hard to establish accurate 3D model by single 3D CAD software except through complicated coordinate transformation calculates.The coordinate transformation formula are deduced and 3d entity model of propeller is established successfully by combined Pro/E with Mathcad in this paper.The model established in this way can reuse in vary sizes of propeller efficiently.
