挠性加速度计石英摆片的力学分析

摘    要:用有限元方法对挠性摆式加速度计的关键部件石英摆片进行静力学计算,分析了结构的强度和刚度,直观显示了结构的应力场和变形场,并且获得了各阶固有频率和振型。根据这些信息,改进结构的静、动态特性,从而提高加速度计的性能。

Abstract:In this paper,the FEM(Finite Element Analysis) was used to study the structural strength and the vibration modal of a certain accelerometer.Through the structural static analysis,the overall stress situations were obtained.Through the structure modal analysis,the natural frequency and the modal shape of the structure were obtained.The results of the analysis of this paper provide a base for structural design and improvement of the accelerometer.
