吊舱式船舶电力推进实验系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了吊舱式电力推进实验系统的硬件装置设计、推进系统控制策略、回转系统控制策略以及船桨模型仿真。此系统应用变频传动、电机控制、可编程控制器、总线通信等技术,主要构成部件有驾控台、机旁台、吊舱推进子系统、回转控制子系统等,整合了物理硬件设备和软件仿真,实现了就地控制和远程控制,为研究吊舱式电力推进系统提供了实验平台。

Abstract:This paper describes the podded electric propulsion testing system,which includes the design of hardware device,the control methods of propulsion system and rotary system and the propeller model emulation.This system is designed relating to the technology of variable frequency drive,motor control,programmable controller,fieldbus communication and so on,besides,it includes the main constitute parts of control table,on-site table,pod propulsion subsystem,rotary subsystem,integrates the physical hardware and software simulation,makes local control and remote control reliable,provides a practice platform for podded electric propulsion system.
